Booking conditions

1. Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all event bookings made via the Janina Restaurante website using our integrated booking tool, MyBeezBox. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, you accept the following terms.
2. Event Bookings Event participation requires a valid ticket, which can only be obtained through our official website. Availability is limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Janina Restaurante reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel events if necessary (e.g., due to weather, minimum number of participants not reached, or force majeure).
3. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation Event tickets must be booked via our digital platform, MyBeezBox, which is integrated into our website. Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive an email confirmation including your ticket and event details. Please ensure the email address provided is correct.
4. Prices All ticket prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the event format and are subject to change without notice. The price valid at the time of booking applies.
5. Payment Terms All payments are processed via the secure payment provider MangoPay, used within MyBeezBox. Bookings are only valid once payment is completed in full. Unpaid reservations cannot be held or confirmed. After successful payment, you will receive your ticket(s) by email. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Please present your digital ticket upon arrival at the event.
6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations by guests are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the event description. In case of event cancellation by Janina Restaurante, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds. We ask all guests to arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience.
7. Dress Code & House Rules Our events maintain a refined, stylish atmosphere. Guests are requested to follow the dress code indicated per event (if any). Janina Restaurante reserves the right to deny entry in case of inappropriate attire or behavior.
8. Liability Janina Restaurante is not liable for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during events. Participation in the event is at your own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors.
9. Data Protection Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of event registration, communication, and payment. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for payment processing (e.g., MangoPay). For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
10. Final Provisions These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Should any clause be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Janina Restaurante reserves the right to adapt or update these Terms at any time.
